We are a family-owned business from Venezuela with a blend of Italian heritage, now proudly based in Miami, Florida. Our talented chef, Oriana Fernández, originally from Valencia, Venezuela, has been creating delicious desserts for nearly 20 years, dedicating herself to mastering the art of baking. Her passion drives her to deliver the highest quality and best flavors in every treat. Always ready to go above and beyond for our customers, she is the true genius and the heart of this project.

My name is César Navas, and I’m from Caracas, Venezuela. Ori is my wife—we met in Valencia about 15 years ago, and now we are proud parents of two beautiful little princesses. My passion for this business started in childhood, watching my mother work tirelessly to build a cake brand in Venezuela. Inspired by her dedication, I’ve been learning about web development and SEO to grow our project while also managing logistics, sales, and every aspect of our business.
